Just a quick post to say that all who walked have made it home.
Not so much safe and well. Between a swollen knee injury and blisters that cover the whole of a foot, not to mention blisters in places I didn’t think you could get blisters, I think ‘well’ would be the wrong word to use. (Not all inflicted to myself.)
I was asked this morning “knowing what you know now, and physically feeling the way you do, was there something you could have done differently”,
“Yes” I replied, “I wouldn’t have done it”!
That said the determination to complete was not only the overwhelming sense of achievement, but also knowing that we have so far raised over £650 for Compassion. All of this completely drowns out the pain and tears shed in getting to the end.
I will put a more detailed account, and get some more pictures uploaded soon.

Fantastic! Well done guys and thank you so much for the massive effort you made in helping the World’s poor. May God multiply the finances raised and make a difference to many.
Well at the end of last night, by the time all who filled out a sponsorship form pay up, donations were over £800, and there were still a few forms outstanding that I haven’t accounted for so hopefully we’ll exceed our £1000 target. not to mention gift aid on top of that.
I should point out that had you not joined us for the 2, I mean 15miles that you did, we may never have got to the end. Thank you for joining us, and for your support.
